Report your weekly check-ins and progress


Complete your simple daily habit tracker


Chat directly with Sal 1:1, either with voice messages or text


Personalise your meal plans/macros to keep you moving towards your goal


View weekly education blocks that are unlocked each week


Find your suggested supplements


Log your exercise, steps and track your workouts


If needed, get your blood work reviewed and order any diagnostic tests

Personalised Meal Plans

Talk to Sal about your preferences, current dietary patterns and dislikes in your onboarding call. She will devise a plan that looks somewhat similar (just supercharged!) to make the transition to your new lifestyle as seamless as possible. if you prefer the freedom of simply tracking your macros, we can do that too.

Strength + Cardio

Movement is programmed to suit your schedule - whether its a weekly step target or a full progressive strength program (home or gym), Sal will work with you to build a plan that is both taxing and achievable.

Weekly Check-Ins

Be held accountable each week with push-reminders to check in. Your feedback each week determines how Sal will adjust your program for the following week, so all she asks for is honesty, even if you weren’t able to stick to the plan. That’s okay!!

Education Vault

it would be remiss of any coach to take your money and not impart crucial knowledge you can keep with you for life. You will always leave better off than when you started - that’s Sal’s promise. Whether its sleep, hormones, gut health, emotional eating or macro tracking, we’ll cover a new topic each week and give you everything you need to succeed long-term.

HOW TO APPLY

To maintain the quality of coaching and dedicated 1:1 time with Sally, only 20 VIP clients are coached at any one time. As such, demand is high and supply is low. As clients reach their goals and new slots become available, Sally will contact you to begin coaching.

How 1:1 Coaching Works:

STEP 1: Join the VIP Program Waitlist. Exclusively limited to 20 clients.

STEP 2: Sally will personally review your suitability for the program and email you should your application be successful. Depending on availability (only 20 slots are open at any one time), you may be placed o the waitlist and contacted when a slot becomes available.
